Desktop Two. What is it?
August 25, 2007
This program is no good for elite people like me. Its intended for only the children who like spamming all day on the virtual chat. Most importantly, it has almost no features like goowy. Goowy, in retrospect, you can play games and everything. The positive impact of Desktop two is that you can use RSS reader. The bad part is that its very slow. Its pretty much useless other than the 1 giga-byte hard drive. Moreover, the layout is a lot neater and its cleaner. It offers valuable tools like Open Office 2.0. This brings up things like spreadsheets and document-writing features.
The mp3 player is also available. Another negative thing it has is that you cannot access the internet. Saving is easy though and you can save things from your desktop to this portable desktop. For being free, it is a pretty good software. Even though it laggs like crazy sometimes, it has the benefit of using as a extra storage. One can put games on it and play it in school. On the bright side, this can be a side storage or a way to interact with things you have never before.
One can share their files and stuff much more faster, save your file, give your alliances the account, they can access and get it on the spot. Its a great way to share and ease your life. Another feature that is beneficial is the chatting system. You can interact with people you do not know from all over the world, but not a lot of people use it. During the period I was browsing through the chatting feature, precisely around 1:00 to 1:20, i saw less than 20 people from the outside world. It was barely used by others so that means not others prefer that feature. All in all, the best feature is the hard drive.
