Found a way to increase energy

We try to be efficient when we do work. We buy a new computer, new mouse, new mouse pad, and the list is just endless. We want to tweak’ everything, upgrade, and at last, change it.
Anyways, so after just few days of trying this slacking method, I found how to be productive not by using technology, but making myself more efficient, time wise that is.
The day starts out by - waking up at 7, shower and getting ready till 8. Leave home at 9, come back at 2, and on tuesdays and thursdays around 6. Well, let me tell you, after you get home from a 8-9 hour shift- YOU ARE DEAD TIRED.
So, now I have started taking mini naps during 1pm -3pm. Taking a nap at those times rejuvenates yourself so well that you feel like you slept a whole night. You are powered up till 12 at night. My second or third day doing this, but I see myself so powered up right now.

How to take a nap.
This might sound very stupid, but you should know how to take a nap. First, lay yourself down on the bed, or floor( better). Lay on your back, feet 2ft apart, palms facing up, and start by slow deep breaths. Slowly, you will go to sleep and gradually turn yourself on your left side. If not, you are fine in the position you initiated with. No dreams, no distractions. Pure resting.
