Have you ever done spinning?

Lately, I’ve been getting serious about my workout and honestly, I am loving Spinning. Spinning has the common stereotype “for girls” only. However, I truly enjoy it and its fun because you are basically riding a bicycle ( cycling) with a variety of moves and resistance.
Two things I learned yesterday at spinning
- If you are wobbling, increase your resistance. When you are on a saddle position, you definitely don’t want yourself wobbling. Just increase resistance
- It is awesome! Try it guys and see how you feel. One of the best cardio workouts for college students, slackers and computer geeks.
