Immitation names- Ethincity !=name?

Date October 18, 2008

I know this is a complete off topic scenario, but I don’t care just deal with it. I was surfing facebook on a newly added buddy’s photos and I just had a real chuckle from the inside. How? I see lots and lots of indian people in the profile photos, but this one was something unusual. The photo had three or two guys (all indians) and this particular one that I had a chuckle on was Sikh- as he had a turban.

Yeah so? What got me was that his name was “Sean”. That is like the most westernized/ British you can get. I don’t know but its funny seeing people having names that don’t even correlate to them in any extrinic value. Who knows, he might be a real sean from the inside. I don’t want to post their pic, as it might not be legit, but you get the idea.

Goodness. Just hope you don’t name your kids something really awkward or implement a oreo situation.

    I agree on the comment of “Ok i think…”.

    Some people have names like that, what’s weird is that people somehow in some way grow into there name.

    Odd.
