Online classes are tough. Done with it

Date June 22, 2008

Just a month and 12 days ago, I started my online class, Macroeconomics. I figured I’d write down my experience with the class and let you all know how it really was. Believe it or not, I am a big fan on online classes, simply because they are flexible and are online. Now, first question in our mind is, how hard can it possibly be? It’s true and to put long story short, they weren’t that hard.

In other words, online class experience has changed dramatically. I have been taking online classes since I was in 10th grade, so I saw all the phases. However, history no longer remains the same, as this class didn’t really prove my hypothesis correct. I thought I’d be easy, but the tests were a bit challenging. In retrospect, I remember doing classes when they were new, and the work was quite simple and the tests were pretty much straightforward. Now, they have so much trash added that it makes sure you won’t get the extra advantage of taking it online with your book open. If you plan to open you book, I wish you good luck because now they have all the tests timed. At least make sure you know what chapter the test is on.

The key element in succeeding is discipline. I guess if you have the inner motivation of getting it done, then it is possible to get a good grade. Anyways, I still have not received my grade, so I must wait…until its time.
