Progress update on daily routines

Finally, I made some time to blog, otherwise I am just a lazy nutshell this winter break. So, in this post I’ll list a good chunk of my daily routines and write down my progress on it.

Sleeping

I’ve been really off from my regular sleeping schedule. I used to sleep around 10:00 - ( 10:30) latest and am now no where close to that. I been sleeping around 11 and have been off the hook when I am waking up. I used to get up around 5 or 6, however, I still get up at 6 but I feel so tired and been wanting to sleep more, atleast till 8 or 9. Sleeping has been twisted and really irregular, as sometimes I’ll just want to sleep anytime during the day.

Working out

Getting fit has been one of my biggest goals in the past year and I think I’ve made a decent progress from where I was. I been working out every few days and am lacking consistency, but then again, I can’t expect myself to do alot this break, as I have some cousins over. Overall, I think I’ve started getting back bit in a shape and am starting to feel a bit sore from the other day chest work out, so this should be in a good standing position as I get back on it regular next week. I think I’ll keep up with pushups and some ab workout.

Diet

I been suffering from serious challenges in my diet. I am basically trying to quit a great deal of dairy products, caffeniated products, and junk food. I was able to quit alot of dairy before, except butter and most of cafferniated products. I gave up coffee, tea and alot of sodas, but lately I been craving for some caffeiine. LIke, I want a stimulant in my body that really powers me up and I only need like a few sips until I am satisfied. In terms of regular diet, I am starting to eat more cooked food than fruits and vegetables and that is starting to become a problem. I really need to fix this up. I am kind of feeling dizzy right now.

Blogging

Ok, Believe it or not, but I really miss myself blogging. I don’t know why but I just can’t blog like the way i did. I am really inconsistent on my posts and making money online. I have kind of arched off from the money makiing niche, partly because I wanted to take time off in learning other things and also because I’ve really lost consistency. I really have to work on this, as I move towards my next semester.

Overall

Overall, I’ve lost a great deal of stamina and consistency. I am trying to get myself in the posit
ion of blogging and doing all my things in a position where I can constantly progress and learn more.
