Reshaping business and personal development

Date December 29, 2008

Work ethic

I am starting to become more alert, disciplined and focused on my work. For example, today I was able to accomplish a series of things, such as a check up on my domains- do a check up on expiration, decided to not renew domains that I don’t use, etc. Then, I went on forums, recruited some people to help me finish up my work. I want to diversify and manage, rather than do everything myself.

Also, I am starting to become more organized. I have a pad next to me and I actually plan out the things I want to do. For example, I use it to plan out site development, list of tasks to finish and so on. I use it as a to-do list in front of me, rather than on notepad. Again, I do some of the most simplest things on the pad, which probably aren’t necessary, however I do it as a principle of building that habit.

Personal change

I am starting to feel a great change in my diet. I am starting to do a more stricter vegan/vegeterian diet. I am allowing myself to eat butter, but I want to eventually get rid of that as well. I am avoiding chilled foods, so everything has to be warm or hot. Moving toward a cleaner, simpler diet.

I am getting back into basketball and had a match today, which was quite a bit of fun. I want to start doing intense ab workout and really build up some good abs.

If your getting into a new type of workout I would check out crossfit.com. It will surely wear you out. :)
