The internet distracts me- short poem

Ahh, What can I say about my ephemeral concentration.

I try and try , yet the internet still distracts me.

I try to work, yet I am lost in FlickR.

I try to finish up an assignment, yet digg’s upcoming post gets me

I try to eat, yet someone on AIM gets me

I try to talk on the phone, yet I get a “you’ve got email”

I try to sleep, yet I must check Facebook.

The internet gets me and here I anxiously lose my true path.
