Use your blog more effectively. Forget email or IM.

Nowadays, I am finding for effective ways on using this blog. Not that I can monetize the way I used to be able to, but I can still get some deep benefits out of this blog. I started to post my homework, reminders and whatnot all on this blog. Earlier today, I posted a post on “Excel” and that was simply some notes I had copied down in my lab. While others were writing it - the good ole’ way w/ paper and pen- I, on the other hand just typed it in word and then decided I was going to “email” it to myself. A lightning fast thought struck me and I asked myself “why” go through all the trouble of clicking compose and send and all that jibberish. I quickly went on slackerjack.us/wp-admin, entered the necessary details and baam published the post. What an ingenius idea, isn’t it?

Now what are the benefits of this? I can share my post, access it anytime, and that too easily ( just go on slackerjack.us). Forget forwarding, tell you friends the domain. I think this is a great way to market you and your site, not that I really care of.

So, the bottom line is- make yourself out of what you have. Forget email, IM, or even text. Just slap your things on a blog- unless you want things to remain private- if not, share and enjoy. Get some pageviews, make friends aware and you never know when someone might just be in love with your blog.
