Working out- What are the essentials?

Slackers are strong, and you should be aware of that. Slackers should always be emotionally strong because we know there isn’t a point in being weak. Why let the fat flabber hop on your body when you can simply make a positive use of that, and it is by building up a source of energy- strength.
What are basics of building strength?
Work out!- Join a gym and take protein. I take protein whey powder (dark choco.) and it works.
- Build a consistent schedule.
- Work out every otherday.
- Don’t work out if you are in your 15’s - 16’s. It stops your biological growth.
- Work out everything. Legs, chest, biceps, hamstrings.
- Take it easy.
